It allows you to sharply reject (40 dB) the 27.5 – 31 GHz frequency range while avoiding to degrade your signal from 18 to 26.5 GHz and from 32 to 40 GHz. Indeed it show very little insertion losses (2.5 dB) and a VSWR of 2:1 max. Designed for naval applications it can deal with severe environments thanks to its silver plated aluminium case.
